User Data Deletion Instructions

LITONGWIN is a business software product. If you connected LITONGWIN to a third-party account or authorized LITONGWIN to access business data, you may request deletion of user data associated with your LITONGWIN account.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name and business email address.
- The organization or workspace name associated with your LITONGWIN account.
- The connected service or account you want removed, if applicable.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What We Will Do
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your user account where required and permitted by law. If the data belongs to an organization, we may need confirmation from an authorized workspace administrator before deleting organization records, shared assets, audit logs, or connected business data.
Disconnecting a Third-Party App
You can also remove LITONGWIN from your connected third-party account settings. For Meta accounts, you can visit your account settings, open "Apps and Websites", find the LITONGWIN app, and remove it. Removing the app may stop future access but may not automatically delete historical data already stored in your LITONGWIN workspace. To request deletion of stored data, email us as described above.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, accounting, or audit purposes. Retained data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Response Time
We will acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and will complete valid requests in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
